What's included in the business suite?

The Business Suite is a fully managed IT support and maintenance plan for businesses that want consistent IT management and predictable monthly costs. It includes proactive monitoring, patching and maintenance, plus a prepaid support allowance per enrolled device each month.
Prepaid Support Time (Included)

Includes 30 minutes of prepaid remote support per enrolled device, per month. Which can be used for:

User troubleshooting and “how-to” assistance
Software/application support (within scope)
Minor configuration changes
General support requests
Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM)

Continuous monitoring of device health and key system alerts, with remote access for troubleshooting and remediation.

Proactive Maintenance & Patching

Ongoing patch management, updates and preventative maintenance to improve device stability and security.

Automated Monitoring & Remediation

Automated remediation actions where possible (e.g. critical updates, service restarts and basic optimisations) to reduce recurring issues.

Endpoint Security (EDR)

Enterprise-grade endpoint protection to help safeguard devices against malware and unauthorised access.

Managed Environment Standards

Devices are configured and maintained to a consistent managed standard to support reliability, security and faster issue resolution.

Service Ticketing

Support requests and detected issues generate tickets for tracking, follow-up and service history.

Microsoft 365 Oversight

Support and administration assistance for Microsoft 365 user accounts and services including SharePoint/OneDrive (subject to licensing and scope).

Important Notes:
Proactive monitoring and maintenance activities do not consume prepaid support time.
Remote support is included up to the monthly prepaid allowance.
Onsite support is available where required and billed separately (including travel/time) unless explicitly included in the Order Form.

Identity Threat Detection & Response

Identity Threat Detection & Response continuously monitors Microsoft 365 accounts for suspicious activity such asunusual sign-ins, risky access behaviour, and account compromise indicators. Alerts are triaged and acted on toreduce the risk of email compromise, data theft, and business disruption.

- ITDR monitoring for M365 identities
- Alert triage + remediation actions
- Investigation of suspicious identity events
- Recommendations / policy tightening
- Light support (reset, access issues)
M365 / Google Workspace Backup

Cloud backup protects business data stored in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace against accidental deletion, staff mistakes, ransomware, and retention limitations. Backups are monitored to ensure success, and restore support is available when recovery is required.

- Backups for Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams and/or Google Workspace
- Monitoring of backup success
- Restore assistance included (fair use); large restores, exports, or recovery projects billed separately

The Support Suite is a remote-first, monitoring-focused managed IT service designed to establish a secure foundational standard for business devices. This plan is ideal for businesses that want proactive monitoring and protection, with support available on demand when required.

Automated Monitoring & Remediation

Automated actions where possible (e.g. critical updates, service restarts, basic optimisations) to reduce downtime and recurring issues.

Endpoint Security (EDR)

Enterprise-grade endpoint protection to help safeguard devices against malware and unauthorised access.

Managed Environment Standards

Devices are configured and maintained to a consistent managed standard to support stability, security, and faster resolution of issues.

Service Ticketing

Alerts and user requests generate tickets to ensure issues are tracked and followed through.
